The first one is Bing. The way Bing is developing, it will be big soon. They are working with Yahoo and its ground breaking search technology. Bing has more packaging than Google will ever have.

Another good idea is mobile payment technology. Many people and companies are heading for mobile payments. Merchants will be able to get payment iPhone or PayPalX. Make sure you get the heads up soon.

Videos are still a great idea. More and more search engines are heading towards videos. It’s easy and will just get easier. People want to see the face behind the words. With all the development with technology, video is where you should be heading.

Freelancing is always a great idea. Websites numbers are growing with freelancing. Many people and companies get outsource help instead of doing it themselves. You shop around and decide on what you really want to pay for. It saves on time.

You want to keep your eyes on the ranking of search engines. This could be homework for you. Many search engines are looking at social data (facebook and twitter). These sites are getting more and more popular. You should be on these sites as well.

My Three Rules On How To Set Goals



Every new year is a good time to sit down and set goals for yourself or for your business. Goals are the backbone of life. It gives us direction and
a sense of purpose. It keeps you on track and from straying from your destination. I came up with my three rules on how to set goals. I hope this
will help you out as it helps me.

You have to be positive when you set your goals. This is very important. Always focus on the positive side of what you want. Don't let any negative
thoughts in. Write them down as positive as you can. Like instead of saying "By age 50, I will not have any physical deficiencies (negative)," you
could say, "By age 50, I will still be in tip top shape (positive)." You will stay motivated by the positive way of thinking.

My number two rule is to be specific in what you set your goals at. Like don't say "i want to a new job", you say "I want to become an editorial at a
fashion magazine." If you don't be specific you don't have a commitment to the goals. You sell yourself short. And don't settle for coming close to
your goals. You are in this for the long haul. It is your life.

Number three rule is you think in the present tense. Subconscious plays a huge role when it comes to your goals coming true. So you write down
your goals in present forms. Like "I am making it big in the industry", not "I will make it big". You push it away by saying "I will".
Setting goals are very important but setting them effectively is even more important. You have to be positive in your thinking and in your goals
setting. Always write your goals down and say them through out the day.

How can you determine whether you can be a successful entrepreneur, or are you destined to work for somebody else? There is no exact formula for success. Most successful entrepreneurs share these ten strategies. Read thru these ten strategies for successful entrepreneurs below and see which ones apply to you.

1. Have successful thoughts. To achieve the kind of success that you want, you need to dream big. You need to have big dreams for yourself You need to have a clear vision of what you want to achieve. But it doesn’t stop in dreaming alone. You should actively visualize success in your mind so that you can almost feel it, touch it or have it within your reach. Play this image back at every opportunity. What would it feel to double your current income? How will your life change for the better? What will your business look like if you achieved the million dollar mark? Successful entrepreneurs possess an attitude of openness and faith that they can have what you want if you can simply envision it as the first step on the path of action to acquiring it.

2. Love what you do. You start a business to change part of your life. To attain this change, you need to develop or uncover your personal passion to change the way things are and to live life to the fullest. Success comes easily if you are passionate with what you do. Why? We are more relentless in our pursuit of goals about things that we love. If you hate your job right now, do you think you will ever be successful at it? You may plod along, even become competent at the tasks, but you will never be a great success at it. You will achieve peak performance and do what you have to do to succeed only if you are doing something that interests you or something that you care about. Entrepreneurs who succeed do not mind the fact that they are putting in 15 or 18 hours a day to their business because they absolutely love what they do. Success in business is all about patience and hard work, which can only be attained if you are passionate and crazy with your tasks and activities.

3. Concentrate on your strengths. It’s not possible to be everything to everybody. Each of us has our own strengths and weaknesses. To be successful, you need to identify your strengths and focus on it. You will be more effective if you are able to channel your efforts to areas that you do best. In business, for example, if you know you have good marketing instincts, then harness this strength and make full use of it. Seek help or assistance in areas that you may be poor at, such as accounting or bookkeeping. To transform your weakness to strength, consider taking hands-on learning or formal training.

4. Never consider failure. As an entrepreneur, you need to fully believe in your goals and yourself, and that you can do it. Know that what you are doing will contribute to the betterment of your environment and your personal self. You should have strong faith in your ideas, your capabilities and yourself. You must believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that you have the ability to recognize and fulfill them. The more you can develop faith in your ability to achieve your goals, the more rapidly you can attain it.

5. Make Proper Plans. You have a vision, and you have enough faith in yourself to believe that you can achieve your vision. But do you know how to get to your vision? You need to have concrete goals that will provide the stepping-stone towards your ultimate success. Put your goals in writing and plan each day in such a way that your every action contributes to this. Intense goal orientation is the characteristic of every successful entrepreneur. They have a vision, and they know how to get there. Your ability to set goals and make plans for your accomplishment is the skill required to succeed. Plan, plan and plan because without which failure is guaranteed.

6. Work harder than ever before. Every successful entrepreneur works hard, very hard. Ask any successful businessperson and they will tell you immediately that they had to work more than 60 hours per week at the start of their businesses. Be prepared to say goodbye to after-office drinks every day, or a regular weekend get-away trip. If you are in a start-up phase, you will have to breathe, eat and drink your business until it can stand on its own. Working hard will be easy if you have a vision, clear goals, and are passionate with what you do.

7. Find New Ways to Network. Businesses always need assistance, more so small businesses, you need to possess good networking skills and always be alert to opportunities to expand your contacts. You may meet someone at a trade association meeting who can help you secure funding, or someone at a conference who can provide you with management advise. It is important to form alliances with people who can help you, and whom you can help in return.

8. Be Willing To Learn. You do not need to be a MBA degree holder or PhD graduate to succeed in your own business. In fact, there are a lot of entrepreneurs who did not even graduate High School and studies have shown that most self-made millionaires have average intelligence. Nonetheless, they have achieved their goals in business because they are willing to study and learn – especially with the amount of new technology and the ever-changing ways of doing business.

9. Keep your faith. No one said that the road to success is easy. Despite your good intentions and hard work, sometimes you will fail. Some very successful entrepreneurs have suffered setbacks and resounding defeats, even bankruptcy, yet refocused and rebounded. You must learn to pick yourself up and start again. Your persistence is the measure of the belief in yourself. Remember, if you keep your faith, you will achieve your goals.

10. Self discipline “Do what you should do, when you should do it, whether you like it or not.” (Thomas Huxable) Self-discipline is the key to being successful. It’s not an easy lesson to learn but once you set your mind to your goal, and focus, focus, focus, you can achieve your dream.

How Do You Become A Leader?

 

Ever asked yourself what is leadership? Some people just have the mindset to be leaders. Being a leader usually brings success into their business. If you can develop this mindset, you can welcome success into your business as well.

Tips On Surviving An Internet Marketing Seminar

 

Internet Marketing seminars can be drudgery. You have to go in with a different attitude. You make the best out of them. I came up with a few tips on surviving the Internet marketing seminar that will make you embrace them.

First before the seminar starts you meet other attendees. Sit in a different place each day. Eat snacks with different people. Just talk with people. This could open up new friendships and lead to partnerships down the road. You are here to build networking, so lets do it.

At the seminar make sure you have a notebook. A lot of speakers have great ideas. They might name off a few websites or links that you might want to research later. You write them down and later you act on them.

Another thing that you want to have is business cards. It’s easier to pass them out instead of writing down phone numbers of people you meet.

You want to bring a camera to take pictures. Take some of your new friends, the speaker, and make sure you’re in the pictures as well. You can use them later on your blogs

After the seminar meet the speaker. You can start off by telling them what you got from their event. You can also share your experience. It might be a way to get more customers or an invite for you to speak.

Before you leave the seminar you get one future engagement with someone you meet at the seminar. This will get you out of your shell. It’s great for your self-confidence.

Ever wonder what the difference between authors, bloggers and internet marketers are? I mean most authors have blogs. Bloggers use internet marketing artistry and write books as well. The internet marketers publish books and post blogs.

Ever wonder who makes the most money? Using the same information you have bloggers that give away article for free. They are summarizing the information from a book. Authors books goes about $20. They are an expert on the information and I'm sure has the experience to publish it. And of course the internet marketers who have live events that goes about $15,000 to attend. Which they read the book and filter important points for his live event.

Ever wonder why any of them engage in the first place? Many authors write a book to express themselves or just to have it published. Most bloggers don't profit but write just to get things off their chest. Internet marketing is entirely about profit. Even if it don't always make the money.


Lets take a closer look at all three people. The authors books usually has a lot of contents. You would need time to write a book. Some authors put experience from their lifetime in books. Because of the amount of research and the length that goes into a book, you'll find the most information, compared to a blog post or in Internet marketing products. Not to say books are better, sometimes less is more. You end up thumbing through pages to find what you're looking for. But again some successful people are successful because they know a lot by reading lots of books. So writing a book won't get you a profit quickly. It might get you credibility and exposure.

The bloggers write in-depth article content, which they distribute on a weekly or daily basis. Pillar Article style content is about teaching people how to do things. You also build credibility as an expert by blogging. And slowly you will establish an audience.

Blogs can make great money, but it does take a while to get going. Most bloggers choose only to do advertising. Since advertising tends to pay out on traffic, you would have to have a large amount of traffic. You again would need services behind the blog to start really profiting. If bloggers would open their eyes to the potential their blog gives them, like sell their own information products. Lots of bloggers give away a lot of good ideas on their blogs, and this is a good thing to start a downstream. But understand this is only the first step.

What Is Internet Marketing?

You may think of websites or spamming or search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. Or you might even think of affiliate programs is internet marketing. Simply internet marketing is about these things:

* Understanding what will make your product appealing for your market.

* Positioning your product on the internet to attract the attention of your market.

To become a good effective leader you need the desire and willpower. Leaders are developed with hard work and determination. Leaders continue to train to get more experience.

Leaders have to inspire workers to become a team and to stay a team. This takes leaders to have to be always studying, and working to improve their leadership skills. This in turn makes leaders look good to higher levels. Good leadership is selflessness to your job or sport. In your employees or teammates eyes your leadership reflects them. You know the job at hand and you know what to do to get it done. Whether it be motivated or directed.

People want to follow who they respect and who know where they are going. To gain respect, you have to earn respect. A good leader has a strong vision of the future.

The Five Lessons On Leadership

Leadership is a tough job, that needs to be done right. If not done right, it can lead matters badly. Leaders guilds and shows people the way. Leaders work with people to find direction. Leaders have to have confidence to excel. Leaders are always being watch by subordinates so you have to maintain a professional position. I list a few lessons to help you out.

The first lesson on leadership is the vision on the over all picture. Leaders work on the vision to achieve the goal, as followers don't. Leaders need to be clear communicators to share the vision with others. Also knowing them how to get it done from others as well. When leaders have values and virtues this sets off self esteem and pride in others.

The second lesson is the understanding of the mission at hand and heading toward the future with courage. Courage is a virtue that makes the leaders face combat without fear. Leaders act boldly and develop the courage to make progress in the vision. Followers are the people that filled with suspicion, that they will be limited only take orders. Leadership maintains a clear written goal and an action plan.

The third lesson is the realism that enables leaders to see the world as a reality. Leaders observe the objectives, the strengths and the weaknesses in every thing they do. Truthfulness in every action, walking, talking or breathing leads to leadership Existing in truth is the foundation of leadership and makes this an important quality.

The fourth lesson deals with taking responsibility. Leaders take responsibility themselves. They do not fall back or expect others to do things for them. They offer no excuses nor do they blame others. They also do not complain or explain if they find the situation unsatisfactory. Leaders simply take the responsibility and accomplish it. They even volunteer their time to get things done.

The fifth lesson to leadership is to set the mind to stay firm. Leadership is exercise by motivation and explaining the situation, praising other people work, solving problems, and yet trying to be firm without being submissive or authoritative.
