As a Life Coach, I know that People seek support for a number of reasons.
Some are moving through illness, changing careers, or starting a new project and want to be as effective as possible.
Some are seeking to find their life's purpose.
All desire a more meaningful relationship with their Authentic Self, with the people they love, and a deeper connection to the Divine.
At a certain point in our lives we relize we maybe making life harder than it has to be.
We notice an increased frustration, resentment or disappointment.
Perhaps we lack joy in our daily lives or feel there is not enough time, money, love or creativity available to change our situation.
We seem to have lost our ability to turn our dreams into reality.
In Coaching, we look at life as a Hero's journey.
The Hero is part of us that remains constant and courageous, regardless of what is happening around us.
It is our Authentic Self- the essence of who we are, apart from our personality traits or the drama that sometimes surrounds our lives.
The Hero, a term used by the Philosopher Joseph Cambell, is an archetype of what keeps us moving forward through life.
To rediscover the Hero within you and experience greater joy, fulfillment and satisfaction in your life, begin by simply asking yourself, would it be alright if my life got easier?
Asking yourself this question may even cause you to laugh.
Laughter connects us with the Divine within.
Asking certain questions allows us to begin our inward journey.
Next, ask yourself, Am I willing to be Authentic?
Find the qualities that have deepest meaning for you and affirm their importance in your life.
Am example might be: I am willing to be courageous and loving, creative and kind when I interact with people today.
Third, begin to observe rather than analyze your life.
When we analyze, we remain engaged in the same conversation that stopped us from moving forward in the first place.
But when we observe, we give ourselves the space to discern what is happening right before us and then to act from wisdom.
Fourth- be willing to say"YES" to what is,even those situations that are causing you discomfort, when you say "YES" you are accepting the facts of the situation, but not its power over you.
Acceptance opens up the field of possibilities, and we see there are many choices before us.
Through willingness, self-reflection, observation and acceptance, we are able to take Authentic action and live lives filled with Meaning, Courage and Possibilities.

Happy Independence Day! For most people, the Fourth of July means watching fireworks, firing up the grill with friends and family, and enjoying a much-needed day off from work. But for network marketers and home-based business owners, this holiday rings especially true. Just as the American colonies were once ruled by Great Britain, many current network marketers started off in jobs controlled by "evil" employers who told them what to do, when to do it, and prevented them from living the life they truly wanted and deserved. And, just like the colonies, people fought back. They said "No!" to measly paychecks and time away from their loved ones, and stood up for what they believed in: the freedom to control their lives, their paychecks, and their happiness. Wishing Everyone a very blessed Easter About Easter Jesus Christ died on a cross on a Friday almost two thousand years ago. Christians believe that on the following Sunday, Christ rose from the dead and, in doing so, proved that He is the Son of God. The day Jesus died and was buried is known as Good Friday. The following Sunday is Easter. Christians celebrate the resurrection of the Son of God each year between March 22nd and April 25th (the first Sunday after the vernal equinox). Religious celebrations include family gatherings and special Easter church services. So where do the Bunnies come in? In olden times, Christian monks were very good at explaining their religion to those who hadn't heard of God or Jesus. They almost always took symbols of significance of the people they were teaching and used those symbols to teach about God. The timing of Easter was such that it coincided with the spring festivals of many pagan religions. (In northern Europe, the goddess of spring was Eostre -- some people say that Easter may have even gotten its name from this goddess). These spring festivals celebrated the wakening of the world after spring. Luckily, this "awakening" went very well with the monks teaching of Jesus' resurrection! The ideas of the rebirth of spring were merged with the Christian teachings of Jesus resurrection to form the Easter holiday most of us know today. Easter Traditions Easter traditions differ around the world. Here are just a few of them. Children in the United States and Canada say the Easter bunny or rabbit brings eggs at Easter. In Germany and England, they say the hare brings them. The hare looks like a rabbit, but it's larger, with longer ears and legs. In Australia, rabbits are quite a nuisance as they are not native to the land. For this reason, there is an attempt being made to dub the Bilby as the the chief egg bringer of the land. For lack of a better description, the Bilby looks a bit like a cross between a mouse and a rabbit. In Italy, Belgium and France, children say Easter eggs are brought by the church bells. There, church bells do not ring from Good Friday until Easter Sunday. Because of this, people say that the bells have flown off to Rome. As the bells fly back home for Easter, they drop colored eggs for boys and girls to find. But there are more foods than eggs to enjoy on Easter! People in Russia eat an Easter bread that is full of plump white raisins and tastes like cake. In some countries of Eastern Europe, people enjoy an Easter Cake called babka. It's shaped like a skirt -- babka means "little old woman". Easter cakes in Italy are shaped like a rabbit, which is a symbol of birth and new life and many other countries make cookies and cakes shaped like a lamb, a symbol of Jesus. Happy New Years, You may have awakened this morning thinking, "It's 2010 already?! Where did 2009 go?" So I encourage you to think about exactly how you spent the past 12 months. I'm sure there are many things you have to be proud of. Work accomplishments. Personal successes. But as you look back at all you did in 2009... do you have any regrets? Any goals you were unable to accomplish? Any resolutions you made last January that fell by the wayside? Any objectives you wanted to meet... but just didn't get around to? If you're like most people, you'll have at least one disappointment. This is, after all, the fate of the high achiever. You set lofty goals for yourself. You have high expectations. But then the rest of your life somehow gets in the way... and you come to the beginning of a new year feeling disappointed... filled with regret and even embarrassment that you were unable to follow through. Wouldn't you prefer to start the brand new year with the feeling that your life is moving forward? With the knowledge that you are happier? That you are more confident in your interactions with others? That you have more purpose? Best of all, wouldn't you like to start the new year feeling relaxed? Able to enjoy your life, secure in the confidence that you had made significant strides to accomplishing all of your dreams? You can have all these things. You can accomplish your dreams. You can live the life you want for yourself.
I know that it's odd, at the dawn of 2010, to think ahead to next year. But you know as well as I do that 2011 will be here before you know it.
Wouldn't you like to wake up next January 1, knowing exactly where the time went... satisfied that you spent every moment of the year in the best and most useful way... confident that every day you took action that moved you closer to the life of your dreams? Kathy Hamilton

Neglected children do not integrate well into society. How well do you fit? Do you need some encouragement or help right now - or know someone who does? Today, reflect back on your life and give thanks for those who have been "fire starters". Then decide to be that spark of life for someone else. I bet if you look around with eyes wide open, there is someone who struggles and needs you. I hope that you decide to join with them in their life. I can think of several people in my life that have "rekindled" my life. Times when a special someone offered me exactly the support and help I needed. Perhaps the most important value of all is that of Integrity.

This was a great insight for me! Once you have decided that you are going to live consistent with a value, your level of integrity determines whether or not you follow through on your committment. The more you discipline yourself to live consistent with the very best you know, the greater is your level of personal integrity.
And higher your level of integrity, the happier and more powerful you will feel in everthing you do.
Truly great men and women are always described as having high levels of integrity. They live their lives consistent with their highest values, even when no one is looking.

Hello Perfect Networker Community, You know theres alot of great Blogs here in the blog section and not to many read them?. Did you know that by replying to blogs, Forums, Articles and replying to the comments that any and every time you put fresh content any where that the Google spider crawlers pick you up and that is how you get ranked? Are you aware that content is very powerful in helping you rank high on Google? So if your serious about being ranked then you should attatch yourself to other people by replying to what they right. Do you think the serious people who are writing are just doing it for the fun of it? It is to empower you with knowledge but it helps them rank higher because they want to climb up higher on google.
